I hereby give notice that an ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (A.G.M.) of Finchley C.C. will be held at the Club Pavilion, Arden Field, East End Rd, London N3 2TA on Sunday 08 December at 6pm to conduct the following business:

The agenda for the meeting will be as follows:

1. Chairman and EC update – 2024 summary and three-year strategic roadmap

2. Approval of minutes of July 2024 EGM and Dec 2023 AGM
Minutes will be included in the meeting pack which will be distributed ahead of the meeting.

3. Finance and Accounts
To receive a report on the Club's finances from the Treasurer and to approve the Accounts for the financial year ending 31st October 2024.

4. Election of Officers
Please find the attached list of nominations for the officers of the Club. There will be no ballot as the only nominations received were as listed below, those nominations are hereby elected to the positions indicated for the coming 12 months. Mr Tony Mastel has been nominated by the Executive Committee as President and is hereby elected.

Honorary Treasurer - Mike Milton
Honorary Secretary - Amitav Borkakoty
Three (3) members of the Cricket Committee - Graham Leggett, Keerthi Ranasinghe, Sohaib Farooq
Club Safeguarding Officer - Sohaib Farooq
One additional Executive Committee member - Romil Mehta

At the first Executive Committee meeting after the AGM, the following appointments will be made by the elected members of the Executive Committee by a majority vote.

Chairperson
Junior Cricket Manager (age group managers are also eligible to vote)
Girls Cricket Manager
Ground Manager
Fixture Secretary

Additionally, the elected members of the Cricket Committee will appoint the captains of the First, Second, Third and Fourth Eleven teams at its first meeting after AGM.
