Well done to the boys today. A great team effort, if not the result we had hoped for against a clearly more experienced team.

FCC U13B 62 all out (19.2 overs) with Yuvraj T top scoring with 22 not out coming in at No 10 and debutant Aarav Raval with 8 (including a beautiful cover drive through mid wicket).

Primrose Hill getting the runs in 12 overs. However, there was some great and accurate bowling. With Arhaan and James bowling some beautiful deliveries in the opening partnership. James showing that he can swing the ball both ways. Yuvraj T bowling 2 overs for 3 runs (and no extras).

On another day and with a bit more luck with the bat we would have posted a more formidable total.

Was especially pleased by the fielding today and the encouragement that the boys were offering each other in the field.
